I think Rebel is either Micah or Hannah, personaly i don't think peter will get his old power back : / it was too strong *sad face*
but here at 2 ways he could get it back:
Ando supercharges him or he touches Sylar - we found out that Sylar was empathic last season so if peter touches him he should asorb that ability :P
by arthur takin' peter's powers and then Hiro's then dying himself they have also gotten rid of time travel so no "do-overs" for season 3 part 2!

You can't look to the future from seasons 1 2 or 3, because like angela one's said, when you step on a butterfly, a new butterfly raises (or something like that). So it meens, that ando doesn't kill hiro and take the formula (I even think it was destroyed in the fire at the eind of season 3..
I also hope hiro gets his power back, but I don't think so.
Peter his power is indeed touch one and get that power, but powers grow (like matt his powers, first mind then send thoughts in there head..) So it is very possible that peter his power will become that he can hold on to more and more powers..
Also it would be nice if the boy was indeed sylars little brother!
But Time will tell...

If you think back to the previous series there was a woman with the power to send messages like a computer - that was her power, she only appeared in one episode, perhaps it her. (REBEL I'm referring to.)

That's a likely conclusion that I myself had thought of, as if you hadn't noticed, right away after clair sent her message she had already received a new one. And as far as I know, no one can text fast enough to IMMEDIATELY respond. Unless you're Daphne the speedster and she's dead lol.

Well, as far Peter and Hiro and several other guys that had their powers taken from them by Peter's fasha (Father), they wont get the power back, when Peter injected himself with the syringe for a power that would help him save his brother looks like he got his dad's ability, that means YES he can copy powers, that means he can have SEVERAL at the same time he just doesn't know it yet and doesn't know how to do it yet.

I hope he figures it out soon cus it was fun when he would just kick ass everywhere.

My question is, when the FUTURE Peter came to visit the present one, he had a BIG ASS SCAR in the face, he could also change his physical appearance but not CURE the scar? and he DIED with two shots to the chest by the future Claire! so that's a mystery all by itself.

Why is that only the main characters were held captive and was caught?!

The story's really confusing when misc characters are added and then just disappear.

He (peter) can take one on at a time... he flew away from nathan, when he was being set up, after he touched him, at which point he dropped freezing and took on flight again.

Hopefully Ando will supercharge him and sort stuff out!

The rebel has to be either one of three people.
A. West - he's supposedly coming back this season and we haven't seen him yet.
B. Angela - She can check up on Nathan's every move, and she can dream the future. Plus, she's deeply connected to Claire.
C. Micah - His ability can allow him to access all the files of all of the heroes and track Nathan's every move.

Sylar killed Elle so we know that Sylar is no longer the good guy (at the time we were all like "Sylar..what the hell...youre being nice" so they had him kill off sweet pyshco elle. ]

DL was shot in the chest at close range, im guessing he didnt have time to activate his power like when Nikki shot him with the sniper.

No idea how Yoda is talking to Matt but its cool eh. (only heroes could still include a character in the show thats had his head ripped off)

And about Molly...i heard the writers included a scene where Molly had her powers taken away by Arthur Petrelli but they didnt air it. Maybe its on extras when dvd comes out or summit. i dunno. Maybe im wrong im not sure :)

man the last couple of episodes have left me disappointed this one was kind of cool and really enlightening but damn they need to broaden it out a little like the previous episodes showed what different people were doing through the whole episode. But todays episode and last weeks just show one big scene. We don't get to see what sylars doing, or claire and all that. It's irritating because I have so many questions

Tracy and Nikki were identical triplets injected with the formula as babies. So what power does the third one have? Nicky and Jessica were two of the triplets in case you have forgotten. Jessica died as a child. There won't be another one showing up, Tracy is the only one of the three that's still alive since they killed of Nicky.

I thought the triplets were nikki, tracy and a not yet seen barbara? and that jessica was her 'sister' from the family she was adopted by. The fact that it was an identical looking person was cos she was mad, as opposed to her actually being an identical twin. I might be COMPLETELY wrong though. Also, not not sure i'm a fan of the whole 'parkmann painting the future' thing. I would be cool if new tork goes pop at the end of this one though... kinda to bring it back to the first one that it was indeed inevitable.

so the only good explanations that he now can control it. he decide when he switches abilitys..

True This show has become all incoherent...nathan dies but peter sylar and claire couldnt...and what is it with sylar never diyng and always killing everybody then he has a daddy then he doesnt....it's already 3 series of that... parkman is now painting and their acting is becoming unconvinsing compared to 1st series where they actually put some effort in their work...the scenarist should be fired...anyway..
Sylar's father is a taxidermist so whatever he does must be creepy or bad...usually their jobs and powers were related...
but seriously the scenarist should get ir back together or whatever they got out of their strike last year should be taken back of them...they are clearly not motivated or incompetent.

Notice that Peter used Parkman's mind reading ability to scan Noah? he confirmed that what they needed was in Noah's head like Parkman said....and then he flew? Also like people pointed out, He shouldn't have been able to fly with Parkman. Either the writers screwed up, or he has his old powers, but doesn't quite realize it, or believe in himself. He may be able to use only one power at a time, but keep a mental list of all those he has come in contact with. It may take effort to switch between powers, or his could be slowly returning.
And give Hiro his powers back already!

Okay in case anyone is confused let me clear some things up. FIRST: Peter has the power to take on someone elses power BUT he has to touch their hand to absorb it AND he can only hold one power at a time. SECOND: I think Nathan and Noah are going to secretly team up and stop this whole thing because I think by this point Nathan realizes its getting out of hand. I still hate Nathan for doing all of this but I know he'll do what's right. Noah is on the right track, he does want this shut down, still not liking him though. Noah has no powers though, (that we all know of) because if he did all that mind probing would have discovered it by now. Oh and this is season four I believe because the first episode says, Season Four. That's it so far anymore questions I'll try and answer.

peter only has one power at a time but i also think that he could regain all his abilities again all its gonna do is take time for him to realize it and practice. just like how in season 1 he thought he only had to be near the person to have the ability they had.(he had to learn to contain and use all at once) but there gonna be different abilities becuase cause his orginal ones were taken by his pops (like he should have invisiblity or walking through walls) but he can reaquire ones like flying reading minds freezing and such becuase those people are still around. oh and the parkman thing! ha i dont think he got his ability when he picked him up becuase he didnt touch his skin.(PARKMAN WAS WEARING A JACKET!) lol...

REBEL IS: Angela Petrelli, her and Noah are working undercorver, Angela kno most of nathans movements, and shes teamed up with noah so he could try and get the "hunters" trust so they can get even more info.. she is pretty close to claire and cares bout her so she could be the one texting her because she might think claire could be of use for whatever theyre planning.
I think peter didnt absorb Matts powers cuz he was drugged up, this could be some drug coming from the shanti virus not allowin them to use their powers.
I dont think either Micah or Monica will be back on any episodes, they were on mostly cuz of DL and Nikkii but now that theyre dead i doubt it. i dunno bout molly tho.. she did diasppear out of the blue, and pooor girl tht got stuck in future wit the shanti virus and looks like pete just forgot bout her lol.. cuz he didnt even do anythin bout it when he could control his powers better..

there are so many weird predictions/speculations coming from this thread :S

for one, people who are dead are most likely actually dead, for example, people thought linderman was ACTUALLY alive when he was talking to daphnee and nathan, but that was just matt parkman's dad altering their minds.
DL, Jessica, Nikki, and Author are definitely dead. and seeing as how there currently aren't any time travelers, there is no possible way for future people.

people are also wondering why only the main characters are the only ones being caught.. i think it was pretty clear that since Nathan is the one in charge, he would most likely go for the ones he knows for sure? (since the laptop that Suresh had was destroyed)
Plus the fact that the main characters are the only ones with ability that all know each other (if one goes down, it's possible the others would know), so it was very crucial for them to catch them all at the same time. how they are hunting other people we've never heard of (like the fish guy) is probably from Noah's paper work in his lockup.

as for rebel, the chances of rebel being west is very very very unlikely seeing as how he is just an immature teen who can just fly.
rebel seems to be replying really fast and seeing as how it's untraceable, it would have to be someone with an ability to connect online. but chances are that it is angela that's telling rebel what to say. micah COULD be rebel, seeing as how he kept wanting to be a hero

If you try to remember, he injected himself right, he held his brother then they flew, next in the plane, he held Mohinders hand to break free of the chains, okay, are you all following me. Now listen to this, he then touches the hand of troubled blonde chick, you know, the one with the split personalities who can now freeze you and Nathan has her locked up. Now peter touched her, right, then touched the plane, it froze and blew open, are you all following me, now please tell me this, if that was his last encounter they showed us of him touching someone to get there ability, why the hell is he flying and not freezing.............

Just for the record this is VOLUME 4 not SEASON 4, just so you guys all know how season was made up of 1 volume, season 2 was supposed to be made up of two volumes but one was skipped because of the strike and all and season 3 was made up of 2 volumes also. I thought Rebel was Peter, just because of what was going on and then cut to the first scene where claire gets the text, but I'm now thinking it may be Angela or maybe even meredith! Peter's powers! he didn't get his old one back, well atleast the writers haven't written that in yet, viewers know that because yes he gets one at a time and no he didn't have matts cause A) he wore a jacket, B) he was sedated C) matt didn't have powers at that time and peter didn't touch his hand, ding ding its c. Hey Guys i think Mohender is going to be experment and taken the abilitys away that is waht Nathen told him, if he doesn't do he might get killed. The HRG and Angela has plan to do somthing about Nathen and the Hunther who is in charge. I think the Hunther doesn't know about Nathen's ability this is because when Peter was holding the gun to the Hunther guys "he said how did u get in here so quickly" i think Nathen was using his power.

By the way Peter only gets ability from other just by touching them and also he can only hold one at the time and use at the time. I think peter can getreade off people's power's like his father took his power, but i don't think he know's how. he might find away by the end of this season like sylar did at the end of season one or two.

I can't wait for next episode cause their is going to be explosien lol boom!!!!! BANG!!!!! Who is going to be the hero to save these people at the scen?

So anyways, I dont understand one thing. Peter's father, Arthur, absorbed Peter's power. So how did he end up having one? But, Hiro's was absorbed too and he still doesnt have his powers???? Heroes really is back on track... everything becomes so complicated to the extent that I'm beggining to hate Nathan for what he's done. In fact I really think he did it because he cannot accept the fact that he's always making wrong moves and that peter is always there to st things right. In anycase, does anyone know when would be the next episode be posted?

Heroes is back ontrack... the events has become complicated but I love it... though I'm beginning to hate Nathan for what he's done. I think he is really intimidated with his brother peter. He cannot accept the fact that he's the one who's always making the wrong move. in fact peter and the others are the one's on the right side don't you think? In anycase, does anyone know when would be the next episode be airing and posted here?

hiro didnt get his powers back because he cant at the moment, the only reason he got them back before he went back in time was because his mother gave him his mind bak then arthur took them away so he got saved by daphne and ando and the reason peter has a weird power is coz the formula he took wasnt perfected enough that he knew what power he would get...it was kinda like i hope i can fly otherwise im gonna be hurtin as soon as i jump out ofthe window @Negee

This series started off so well - now it's turned into crap. The plot is pseudo mysterious, the acting is partly really bad (Matt Parkman, Claire Bennett, Peter etc...) and this is dragging along only slowly.

heroes has just got worse. they cant think of any other ideas so they copy season 1 with the whole explosion thing. Also mat could of used his powers against the police and could save Daphne easily with his powers of illusions and getting into people minds!

heroes is great exept to be honest its kinda prepostorus coz I wanna know how they found all the people with powers, the company new who the dangerous ones were because they would have been publicity, but as nathan is abducting every1 how will he find them all (like the guy who can breath underwater wouldnt be easily found). Or its impying that the american goverment keeps tabs on every indiviual which is really wrong :S. also i dnt see why matt just gets ando to supercharge him so he can create an illusion for every1 in nathans team and then attack them, thatd be awsome.

ok two he doesnt have the freezing right now cuz the last person he touched was nanthan when he and tracy tried to team up in the woods against nathan right before tracy got captured

This programme is going to go bad.Nathan wants to capture and contain.Danko wants them all dead.Noah wants to do it the Company's way.I dont know what Angela wants maybe she has had second thoughts about the Company now she has seen what a bad job the programme is doing.Matt Parkman can be amazing if he was'nt such a coward he needs to be like his dad more.The Heroes need Peter to regain his powers they need his strength.

naw sylar isnt the rebel... hes not that helpful... sylar is the solo type... i think peter got an ability similar to his dads a bit... but he doesnt take ur powers away... just copies them like before when he touches you... matt cant use illusion to escape from guards cuz he would have to use it on every single one to trick all of them... i wonder why mohinder cant bend the bars... doesnt he has super strength to break out? this new story line is gonna rock... white house explosion? wow

I dont think Heroes is getting worse at all, its just setting up events for later in the series. If they told you everything at once why would you keep watching?. If everything was explained what questions would you have to post up on this forum?.

The only true thing about Heroes is that when Sylar is not in an episode, it is worse for it. But he cant be in every single one and im pretty sure that the next episode will pick up with him and his new 'sidekick' trying to find his father.

Sylar will have an enourmous part to play in Heores overall as he is without a doubt the strongest in terms of powers, everyone else got caught by Nathan's men. Sylar just destroyed about 25 of them in the last two episodes ha ha.

Sylar is the man. End of story.

Also expect big things from the storyline with Ando and Hiro, as Ando complete with his lame supercharger powers will, in the end, kill Hiro.....or so we think.

The reason they are finding everyone is because the original places that would ubduct people in the beginning. Remember the one Noah had worked in and the other one that got blown up from Peter (who happens to be my favorite character) well they took their files from there and found them. The originals though were the ones Nathan knows and no the guy who works for Nathan doesn't know he has powers. None of the people that are the captures know he has a power or they would turn on him.

They wan't to proove that they arent bad people, if they would even kill one single person, all would be wiped out.

Peter has the abilty tu take one ability, IF HE CHOOSES TO, it dnt work jus by touchin dem he has to concentrate or sumting to take it thats why he dint take parkmans ability, not jus coz Parkman was sudated, and yh tru Sylar is the man but its gettin quite borin wit him he does the same abilty all da tym, Nd look how many ppl he has killed, he got atleast 30 different abilities and he uses the same one all the tym, he needs tu do sumting different for once

How come hiro will get his power back when he will stop the marriage?? i dont get the point why sylar will take the boy as his companion. Dont tell me it is because " he is just like him.. alone." Plz same old fashion story of " he reminds of myself." i was huge fan but i seem to slowly loosing interest.

no i dont get it. when they were all on the plane peter touched syresh to get his strength, then he also touched tracey to gain her freezing ability..but they were both sedated under the gas thingy..so it can't prevent him from taking their powers so how did peter carry matt away without gaining his mind reading ability?

.. only conclusion i can come to is that he has to touch the persons actuall skin to gain their power and he carried matt by his clothes..avoiding his skin.

Technically yor wrong as I dnt think Peter Knew It Was Tracey(with the ice ability)he touched. Peter thought he touched the other sister with super strength(forgoten her name). nd thats why he was shocked to realise the side of the plane froze, coz if you rememba afta he touched tracey he tried to punch that guy and he realised he dint have the strength, nd after that, thats wen he realised he had the ice ability.
so i still stick by my theory that he can choose to take their ability.

heroes getting boring... first peter got himself a lousy ability. then the writers think it's cool to give heroes a "prison break" tone,with all the "pseudo-mysterious stuffs" like what Dang said. I rather they stick to their own style of writing than trying to mimic a popular series and thinking ppl will like heroes because of it. the story might be better if peter is powerful again. season 1 is still the best season ever.

if peter can only have 1 ability at a time how come when he touched noah(7 mins and 12 secs into the episode)he made noahs arm freeze but he also used flight showing us he has 2 abilitys

and if he did have more then one power why would't he use it to escape from the people capturing them and he would have displayed more then 1 power during 4 episodes if he had more the 1 power

I think Hiro will get his powers back through andos hands, bc when hero was in the future he saw Ando "killing" him with a red Lightning.
Also I could imagine that Ando can give Peter back his true power.
Why didn't Parkman use his ability to escape from the soldiers?
I think because he wants to get to Daphnie.

I think the whole blowing up thing with matt is basically a waste of time, i mean it was good in season 1, but repeating it?!

I reckon that what they saw in the future wasnt ando killing hiro but ando using his supercharge ability on him and they just thought he had killed him maybe.. coz you know how it showed ando zapping hiro with red lightning and his supercharge ability looks like red lightning.. coincidence..?
