I am begging to think this audio dissinchronisation is a ploy by the movie people.

It is non-existant at the begging but becomes obvious in about 1/3 of the show.

So you end up watching it but it's really crappy.

Since they can't stop the pirates. They make people not want it. A good strategy imo.

It is a shame that people still think like that. I am a Marine in the us military I deal with all kinds of races, I have been to war and about to go again with all of them and I will lay my life on the line for anyone of them and they the same with me. Some of my best friends are white and latin we don't see color we see a brother or sister. The reason why blacks quit school is cause the education is not as good as the whites school i know I moved from the hood school to a white school and I would go and see friends and see their books, the books I had in 8th grade are the ones they have in 10th grade, and that is a shame eveyone should get the same education that everyone else has but it doesn't happen. The color is gone so let it go or go way with it. The world is changing maybe this is what the US need cause the last president missed it up and he was what color?

Sorry all but I haven't bothered to check the apparent rascist comment from whoever left it because whoever did it is probably a 'pussy' hiding behind the PC..Trust me!!! Anyways, back to the point!!!! Can someone explain to me why Angela told Peter he needs Sylar's ability to stop the destruction??? All she has done is made Peter a bad guy and no-one even questions why she said it.. Sylar must have read Arthur's palm and saw that Angela wasn't a good mum which clears up why he got rid of Pete but lied to Arthur about saving him, Sylar has to now convince Peter about Angela, Nathan already understands so Peter and his powers would of destroyed the world hence Arthur taking his ability.. Note, Arthur was gonna let Peter join the team when he 'changed his attitude' which really makes Arthur the good guy, unless he has the hunger which doesn't appear the case.. As the powers are caused by adreniline, im guessing he removes the gland from the brain that produces it. then i don't know, use your imagination!!! you might find out later in the series anyway.

Sylar doesn't need to eat it! His power is that he can understand how it works, so fiddling in there he works out what synapsis are firing or whatever and is able to make his own brain do the same (you could argue that might need subtle rewiring and that he is able to do that easier now after picking up telekenisis etc.

Sylar has to be good at the moment (or at least confused) as the focus is on the new guy, also why they killed off Adam. And if Peter still had all his abilities he wouldn't have to struggle to save the day would he?

Peeps seem confused though, like Peter still has Sylar's power? From what I got ALL his powers gone, he got nothing! I am thinking either his natural tendency towards it will mean he starts to develop his power again (under stress as before) and then absorbs all daddy's powers back, or he injects himself (or gets injected) and starts there.

Personally though I find the 'injecting powers' whole idea a bit lame, but Heroes is the best prog on TV by far (though th Mighty Boosh isn't on right now ;))

Heroes is an awesome show! It was my understanding that Peter needed to take Sylar's original power of 'intuitive aptitude' so he could understand the cause and effect of time travel, so if he understood it perfectly he could travel and set things right with the timeline. Of course having Sylars 'hunger' too made it worse, and now that Arthur has taken his powers, i suppose its irrelevant now lol, wonder if that'll affect it?

I watched the first few episodes of Heroes when it debuted and it kinda sat in the back of my mind for a while. Now, playing back episodes for free, I can finally get every episode of Heroes. Yayz!

Is anyone still getting that lip sync problem? 'Cause I found a way to deal with it. Just click on two videos to stream at once. Put one of the video's audio off and leave the other video playing sound. Use the video with audio off as the After the visual aid. When lip sync starts to crap off, rapidly unpause either the video playing sound or the video with visual to sync the sound with the image.

It takes a few tries, but it sure as hell helped with me.

Honestly, sending in the Haitian never occurred to me. That coupled with an entourage of company hired non-superpowered mercenaries could put and end to all this "ha ha ha, I have kick ass superpowers and you don't" nonsense. The alternative being a solo sneaking mission to assassinate Mr. Petrelli by Mr. Muggles

I think that is a great episode. But I wonder that what happened to Kaitlin at season 2. This episode requires to remember Season 1. I remembered that at Season 1 Mohinder and Eden have come to the Sylar's house. And they have seen "Forgive Me" was written on the wall. I think the "Forgive Me" belongs to Elle.

Yes finally someone has shut Hiro up so he cannot screech anymore.I want Peter to get his powers back but not Hiro nobody should be able to f*** with time Angela Petrelli is coorrect the Butterfly Effect but f*** knows what Arthur will do with the extraordinary power of travel through time.

193 is correct I hope Heroes because it is successful does not become like Lost,Prison Break where they just drag it out for series after series.

And one more thing I want to see more of Elle usually I am not in to blonde's but she has the girl next door look and an awesome smile and Katelin her accent is awesome.

How to Solve the Sound Problem · 1 year ago

HERE IS A WAY TO SELF SYNC IT IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY FOUND OUT.

If the webpage provides two videos, just sync it yourself. Heres how:

Let both videos finish streaming (not necessary but easier for you).
Turn off the sound the the unsynced video.
Leave the sound on for the other video, and do your best to match it with the video that's already playing.
To do this, you should pause the muted video, and wait for the unmuted video to catch up to sync, then play the muted video over the sound.


This works perfectly - there is one problem however, you cannot pause the video as this will unsync the two videos and you will have to resync it again.

I thought this explained a lot of details that were previously unknown to us. It showed us how sylar was turned by the company into the killer he became and how people like Arthur patrelli got into the state we saw him in a couple of episodes back.

So is this the final episode of this series? And if so, when does the next series start?

Let's clear up a few points (Spoilers below):

- In response to josh's question, NO, this is NOT the last episode of season 3 - there are around 25 or so episodes this season.

- Want to know what happens to Hiro? SPOILERS: Arthur uses his telepathy to surpress all of Hiro's memories since he was 10 years old - Hiro now thinks he IS 10 years old. Don't worry, though: Ando takes him back to civelization, and Matt restores his memories.

- As I noted above, Matt goes to the Company. He finds - and heals - Angela Petrelli.

- Peter does get his powers back - Pinehearst perfect and test the formula on him, and it resores his original power of mimickry. He then absorbs all his old abilities back from Arthur.

- Angela sends Peter and Nathan to Haiti to find the one person who can stop Arthur - the Haitian. They need him to surpress Arthur's power, so the heroes can get close without having to worry about Arthur stealing their powers.

As for Tracy, Mohinder, and Daphne, I have no idea.

james your wrong. there's 11 episodes this season. season 2 and season 3 were initially meant to be one season (season 2). because of the long strike they split season 2 into season 2 and season 3 (villians).

season 2 had the first 11 episode or so, and this season, season 3, is the final 11.

Thanks Phil for clearing up the confusion I had in regards to Arthur's ability... I guess we don't know who he absorbed the 'mind control/manipulation' ability from in the first place, well not yet anyhow...

I do really enjoy this series, although I am finding the Sylar story hard to accept... In the first series he kills in cold blood, the women he believes to be his real birth mother without feeling any remorse for her what so ever, not to mention the amount of times he tried killing Peter & Claire.

But in this series he finds out his real mother is Angela Patrelli who he instantly loves & respects, not forgetting Peter who he now cares for as a brother, but then so easily changes sides/feelings & now believes and follows Arther?

I guess it could be Arthur using his ability to make Sylar believe in him straight away, who knows?

hey Dan, i actually found it easy to believe sylar's story; remember that it was his incabability to control "the hunger" that came with his ability( knowing how things work), remember that even peter was going to kill his mother when he got sylar's ability in the future. second i think that he didnt mean to kill his supposed mother, he was already absorb by his ability then and he lost control but i think he did feel some remorse after. oh and another thing i think he is just playing along with arthur because remember when he threw peter out the window and he didnt die, i am sure he used his ability to slow him down like peter said in episode 7.

note: didn'tyou guys noticed all petreli's has an ability that gets powers from other: peter can "absorb" an ability he has encounter and use it as his own. His dad arthur steals it for others making it his own making the victim powerless, sylar then eats their brain in order to get their powers. Nathan's power is synthetic that's why he can only fly..boohoo..:P

the butterfly effect is pretty confusing...change one variable and you could pretty much changed everything...angeli should never have asked hiro to get adam monroe. arthur woud still be paralyzed if he didn't absorb his powers or maybe he could absorb claire's powers instead...hmmm...anyways..hiro is turning into a stupid klutz...i like old hiro...the funny, cute klutz...hhehe

WOW... super buggy videos here. First the videostic one randomly skips ahead (part 1, 1:14 into the video skips to the beginning of part 2) while the other video part way through randomly starts to "buffer" even though the entire video has been loaded! It was given over an hour to load and buffer yet it does it still... not only that but the "buffering" stays at 0% no matter how long you wait.

Sylar doesn't eat their brain, he studies it to learn how to control their powers. He has the same power as Peter did: empathic mimicry. Otherwise he wouldn't be able to manifest those powers.
