zshare works faboulsly for me, if it doesn't work for you than it has to be your computer or something :] Thank-you so much for the zshare link, it allows me to watch Grey's and this right after each other.
Anyways, not the best episode ever, but, I love that Addison kept the cat, I think he was really cute. She ended up getting attached, and actually, a cat is a good thing for her because she is a doctor and works very irregular hours. BUT the writers forgot something, when Addison was in Grey's Anatomy, her and Derek had a dog for a little while that Meredith had to give to them because she couldn't keep him anymore. So yea, one little mistake, but no big deal :]

You need to click on Close to play in order for the video to start. Then press the left pause button to upload the video. If it begins to buffer, then pause it again. In order to continue watching, click again on Close to Play. Once you figure out how to watch on these zshare links, they really are a great alternative video option !
